ok let me change what i said.. it aint a fix sorry the server will only run off msql v5.0 from what ive read so youll need to uninstall and downgrade.

ok so when i uninstall and install MySQL 5 and upload the .slq file in new database it will be run without this error

one you have it install it...

when trying to install mysql on my vista PC i hit a prob right at the end of the installation when you are ment to confer the server it wont run because the file is corrupt easy fix i found :-

1. Disable the UAC in Windows Control Panel->User Accounts (Restart req)

2. Use mysql-essential-5.0.51a-win32.msi

3. In the final step uncheck "Configure MySQL Server now"

4. Download and run Resource Hacker

5. Open ...\MySQL Server 5.0\bin\MySQLInstanceConfig.exe with Resource Hacker

6. Navigate to 24\1\1033

7. Change
<requestedExecutionLevel level="asAdministrator" uiAccess="false">
to
<requestedExecutionLevel level="requireAdministrator" uiAccess="false">

8. Press "Compile script"

9. Exit Resource Hacker and save the result (overwrite the initial MySQLInstanceConfig.exe)

10. Now MySQLInstanceConfig.exe should start normally.

11. Configure the server.

BUT first off try and confer it with out editing the file it may work on 64

this is how your meant to install it

- Run the executable you downloaded from the requirements.
- Choose Typical as the setup type.
- Install the program.
- When it's done installing, make sure Configure the MySQL Server now box is checked.
- Choose Standard Configuration.
- Check Install As Windows Service.
- On the security settings, check Modify Security Settings and enter whatever you want as the password.
- Hit Next, then Execute, then Finish.

np dude glad to help the evrything there was written by me apart from the last part, let me know how it goes.

ok i upload the .sql file in the database and than when i connect to the server and i create my caracter and push the Enter he disconnect me of te serrver put me ure disconnect from the server

let me get this right when you go to login you DC right?

i dont know what is DC but i mean i click in Create new Caracter, and when i put Accept for finish the caracter the game kick me and put ure disconected from the server

im guessing you haven't played retail much =P DC = disconnected

i believe it is a fix ill go have a look but to help me help you you should really go to ragezone and search there instead of just waiting for a reply, i don't mean that in a nasty way but you can ask any one here, if you did this on ragezone or ascent they would just say search or go look at the wiki

at a 1st look i can't see anything apart from it could be a error with your world and char db but im not sure you have a few options search, wate for some one who knows what the fix is or you can download This (NCDB latest rev) and run the changesets from the Version that the repack is running and hope there is a fix in with those.

i believe the repack is using

1006 NCDB
the latest version is
1176 NCDB

look so you have right max builds in your conf file..do you have client patch 2.3.3 so look up the max builds in your conf file and wright 9999 in there i have same problem and i change to 9999 in max builds and no more DC right now..i hope that helps you..

i have the buildings good and now when i try to connect the game tells me in who server i want to connect and he tells me conecting to the server and in 1 min he put me one more time the window with the server and happends this again

the same problem happend with other Repacks i think its the MySQL Server...

Ahh right i get you now. ok ill go see what i can find out for you about this since its never happened to me before.


p.s in your profile were you have location you might wanna change it to "under your bed" not "under your bad"

yeah i know xD i see this but i cant change it i see it when i put it but nothin, i hasnt got internet this week for problems in the central of my internet provider but im here now and are u find some for my error
